I would have loved to go to Disney Land. I have never been. I have friends who go twice, sometimes, three times a year and I can't even get to Lagoon, a local theme park, for a day.
I spent my vacation working in the video store, which I do enjoy, but I didn't really get any down time. My mornings were spent running errands in stead of going to school but still were not my own.
I had to get kids ready to go to their moms for the weekend and drive to Provo from Goshen for various and sundry office supplies. Like, black ink cartridges for my HP printer and Avery labels for the video cases, and heat seal laminate for membership and backer cards.
I swept, mopped and waxed the floor of the store. And I spent the whole weekend with out enough change in the till.

I enjoyed your articles and would like to see more of the things you have written posted. It was also very nice to here how you felt and what you did at our video store again. Just as a note, I recently closed our video account at the bank. It was sad to see the last part of our business ended. Loved the article about your routine of buying videos and supplying the video store with needed paper, ink, etc. and the children. I miss all of you. all tugged at my heart strings and my memory cells. Love, Mother
